In a larger home the work is the same in kind and bigger in scale: every bed stripped and remade, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, high-touch surfaces sanitized, trash cleared. If the house has a finished basement or a second living area that guests use, mention it when you book so it is part of the plan and the quote.

How do you get into a townhome or house between guests?
Most single-family and townhome rentals use a lockbox or a keypad code. Give us the method and any gate or garage instructions when you book and we will keep them on file for every visit.
Dulles arrivals can land late. Can the clean be set around that?
Tell us the checkout and next check-in times and any late-arrival pattern you see, and we will plan around that gap. We do not promise a fixed turnaround time.
My rental has four bedrooms. Where does the price start?
The table above covers studios through two-bedrooms. For larger homes the booking form takes bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, and the quote reflects those details.
Do you launder the sheets or restock the pantry?
No. We strip and remake beds with the linens already at the house and look over the supplies you leave, flagging what is low. Buying and laundering stay with you.
Can I see that the house is ready if I am not nearby?
Yes, on request we can send photos of the common areas after a turnover so you can check the house before your next guest arrives.
