What to Expect

Supplies and equipment: For turnovers, our office confirms who supplies what when you book, so the arrangement is clear before the first visit.
Arrival window: The arrival window shown on your booking or confirmation is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed time. If we're running behind on a given day, we'll do our best to keep you updated.
Final walkthrough: Our office sends a message approximately five minutes before your cleaning is finished. We recommend being available for a quick final walkthrough so any missed spots can be addressed before the cleaner leaves.
Quality-control photos: Photos are taken based on the service type. Deep-cleaning photos cover appliance interiors and exteriors; move-in and move-out photos cover appliances, cabinets, pantries, and closets.
Cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments due to lack of access, are charged 50% of the service cost. Documented emergencies may be reviewed for a fee waiver.
