My lease is almost over. How is a move-out clean different from a standard clean?
A move-out clean starts at $285 for a studio, $295 for a 1 bedroom and $345 for a 2 bedroom. It is a deep clean plus the inside of cabinets and drawers. The home must be empty. If it is not empty, we clean around your items.
