Our everyday clean, perfect for regular upkeep.
- ✅ Dusting all surfaces, shelves & ceiling fans
- ✅ Countertops & stovetop wiped down
- ✅ Kitchen sink scrubbed
- ✅ Outside of fridge, oven & appliances
- ✅ Microwave, inside & out
- ✅ Toilets, sinks, tubs & showers scrubbed
- ✅ Mirrors wiped
- ✅ Floors swept/vacuumed & mopped
- ✅ Baseboards wiped
- ✅ Interior doors & handles wiped
- ✅ Trash emptied (1 bag included free)
- ✅ Beds made, included on every visit
🚫 Not included: inside oven/fridge/cabinets, windows, blinds, laundry, dishes, balcony, basement, stairs
🌿 Deep Clean
Everything in Standard, plus the detail work.

- ✅ Inside fridge, wiped down
- ✅ Inside cabinets, wiped down
- ✅ Grout & tile, detail scrubbing
- ✅ Window sills & tracks wiped

Our most thorough service, built to get the home deposit-ready.

🚫 Never Part Of Any Service
Not offered, not for sale, not even as an add-on. Ever.
- 🚫 Moving appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer) to clean behind/underneath
- 🚫 Removing or reorganizing items inside a fridge or cabinets
🛑 STOP WORK IMMEDIATELY If You See
- 🦠 Mold
- 🐀 Rodent droppings or urine
- 💩 Feces (human or animal)
- 🪳 Pest infestation
- ☣️ Any other biohazard condition
This is not a field judgement call. Do this every time:
- Stop work and leave the area. Do not touch it or attempt to clean it.
- Take photos from a safe distance.
- Call the office immediately, don’t wait until end of day.
