🧽 Cleaning Scope Checklist
Quick reference for exactly what’s covered on each service tier. Anything outside this scope needs office approval before it’s added or promised to a customer.
⚠️ Provider Rules
- Complete each item that was booked.
- Customer wants to skip, add, or change something? They must contact the OFFICE.
- No scope changes without OFFICE approval.
- Do not discuss additional services with customers.
- Incomplete booked work without approval may affect provider payment.
📸 Photos: Before + after every room. Photograph damage, heavy buildup, and completed booked extras.
Problem or unexpected condition? TAKE PHOTOS + CONTACT OFFICE.
☎️ Three Times to Call the Office
- 🔎 You spot a possible add-on (see the list below) → Call the office
- 🗣️ Customer asks you to do anything not on this list → Call the office
- ☣️ You see mold, feces, pests, or rodent droppings → Call the office
✨ Standard Clean
Our everyday clean, good for regular upkeep.
- ✅ High touch areas wiped down
- ✅ Exterior of appliances
- ✅ Floors vacuumed & mopped
- ✅ Trash emptied (1 bag included free)
🚫 Anything else is an add-on, including bed making, inside oven/fridge/cabinets, windows, blinds, laundry, dishes, balcony, basement, stairs
🌿 Deep Clean
Everything in Standard, plus the detail work.
- ✅ Everything in Standard, but harder scrub
- ✅ Interior and exterior of select appliances cleaning
🚫 We do not remove items from the refrigerator or cabinets. Anything else is an add-on. Not included: bed making, inside washer/dryer, window glass, blinds, laundry, dishes, balcony, basement, stairs
📦 Move-In / Move-Out Clean
The move-in and move-out service, for a vacant home.
- ✅ Everything in Deep Clean
- ✅ Inside cabinets and appliances if empty, otherwise we clean around the items inside
🚫 Requires a vacant home. Anything else is an add-on. Inside cabinets and appliances are cleaned only if they are empty; otherwise we clean around the items inside.

👀 What to look for on arrival
See any of these? Take a photo and call the office before you start, don’t mention pricing to the customer yourself.

- 🧊 Messy fridge interior (Standard booking) → Inside fridge

🚫 Never Part Of Any Service
Not offered, not for sale, not even as an add-on. Ever.
- 🚫 Moving appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer) to clean behind/underneath
- 🚫 Removing or reorganizing items inside a fridge or cabinets
🛑 STOP WORK IMMEDIATELY If You See
- 🦠 Mold
- 🐀 Rodent droppings or urine
- 💩 Feces (human or animal)
- 🪳 Pest infestation
- ☣️ Any other biohazard condition
This is not a field judgement call. Do this every time:
- Stop work and leave the area. Do not touch it or attempt to clean it.
- Take photos from a safe distance.
- Call the office immediately, don’t wait until end of day.
