Kent Gardens is in McLean, between downtown and Kent Gardens Elementary. The homes are old, single-family houses. Many families moved here for the schools. Old houses have more to clean. The homes have trim, built-in shelves, and woodwork. Many have a basement that is finished. A standard clean does not take enough time.
What a Deep Clean Includes
A deep clean has all that is in a standard clean. That is: high touch areas wiped down, appliance outsides wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, and one bag of trash. Then comes harder scrubbing. We clean inside and outside of some appliances too. Anything beyond that costs extra.
- Appliances: select appliances are cleaned inside and out.
- Floors: vacuumed and mopped on each level.
- Finished basement: done in the same visit if your house has one.
Fitting It Around the School Year
Many Kent Gardens families have pickup times, activities, and full workdays. So we need to know when the house is empty. Tell us the days that work. It might be a weekday during school hours. It might be the days before a family gathering. We will plan around them.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a deep clean cover in an older Kent Gardens home?
A deep clean has all that is in a standard clean. The extra is harder scrubbing plus some appliances cleaned inside and out. An old house gets the same list as a new one. So the price is based on the size of the home.
Can you work around school pickup and activities?
Yes. Send us the days and times that work. It can be during school hours or before a family event. We will plan around them.
Is a finished basement included?
Yes, if the house has one and it is in your price. Floors there are vacuumed and mopped like the floors upstairs.
Should I book before a school event or family visit?
That is a good time for a deep clean. Give us the date when you book. We will set the visit before that.
How is a bigger family house priced?
Starting prices are $210 for a studio, $220 for a 1-bedroom, and $270 for a 2-bedroom. A bigger house with more bathrooms costs more. We give you the price before we come.
