Questions From Loudoun Homes
I live in Brambleton, where homes are new. Do I need a deep clean or a standard one?
Start with a standard clean in most cases. A newer home usually has less buildup. If no one has cleaned inside the oven since you moved in, a deep clean may help first. It starts at $210+ for a studio, $220+ for a 1BR, and $270+ for a 2BR. Then you can book repeat standard visits.
Does it cost more near Leesburg or South Riding than in Ashburn?
No. We price by the size of the home, not the town. Standard cleaning starts at $135+ for a studio, $145+ for a 1BR, and $195+ for a 2BR. A big house in a Leesburg neighborhood will cost more than a townhome. That is because of the rooms and the square feet, not the address.
I travel a lot from my Sterling townhome. How do you get in when I am away?
Tell us how to get in when you book. It could be a door code or a neighbor with a key. We note it on your job. Many Sterling homes keep a repeat slot that runs while they are away. Weekly is 15% off. Every two weeks is 10% off. Monthly is 5% off.
We are closing on a house in the county and the sellers are moving out. What should we book?
Book a move-in clean before your furniture arrives. The rooms are empty then, so we can clean inside the cabinets and closets. It starts at $285+ for a studio, $295+ for a 1BR, and $345+ for a 2BR. Bigger homes cost more based on their size.
