What a Move Clean Covers
It starts with a standard clean. We wipe down high touch areas. We wipe the outside of appliances. We vacuum and mop floors. We throw out one bag of trash. A deep clean adds a harder scrub. We also clean inside and outside of some appliances. A move clean adds the inside of cabinets and appliances. We do that when the unit is empty. If things are still inside, we clean around them. Anything else is an add-on.

Ballston Move-In and Move-Out Prices
- Studio: $285+
- 1 Bedroom: $295+
- 2 Bedroom: $345+
These are starting prices. Size, bathrooms and the state of the unit change the final price. For a bigger home, call (571) 350-0866 with the layout. After you move in, a regular schedule costs less. Weekly is 15% off. Every two weeks is 10% off. Monthly is 5% off.
Ballston Move Questions
My lease ends on the 31st and the next tenant comes on the 1st. Is that too tight?
A one-day gap is common. Send us both dates and the time you hand back the unit. We will tell you if a visit fits before you commit.
Can the clean be timed to my closing?
Yes. Closing dates can slip, so we plan the visit for just before your keys and boxes arrive. If the date moves, tell us and we will change the time.
If you clean, will I get my deposit back?
We cannot promise that. Your landlord or building manager decides after their own check. We do the work on our list. For a move, that includes inside cabinets and appliances when the unit is empty.
Is a townhome basement part of the clean?
Yes, if it is in your price. Tell us if your townhome or condo has a finished basement or den. We count it when we give you a price.
What if I will not be home?
That is fine. Tell us how to get in when you book. It might be a front desk, a fob, or a key handoff. We follow your building’s rules.
