That depends on the building. Ask the front desk how move-day reservations are made, then send us the booked window and we will schedule the clean around it.
Should the clean happen before or after the movers?
A move-out clean is normally done once the unit is empty, and a move-in clean before furniture and boxes arrive. Book the visit into the gap on whichever side of the movers applies to you.
Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
We cannot promise a deposit outcome, because your landlord or building management makes that call after their own inspection. The cleaning itself, with cabinets, appliance interiors, baseboards, light fixtures and bathrooms covered, should not be the sticking point.
I will be gone before the clean. How do you get in?
Leave a lockbox code, a key fob arrangement or front-desk entry instructions and the visit proceeds without you.
