The starting prices are for a studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom home. A four-floor rowhouse costs more. Tell us the bedrooms, bathrooms and floors when you call (571) 350-0866. Then we give you a price before we book.
I ride the Metro into DC from the King Street station. Can visits fit my work day?
Yes. Tell us the days and hours that work. You do not have to be home if we agree on how to get in. Weekly visits are 15% off. Every two weeks is 10% off. Monthly is 5% off.
My lease near the King Street Metro ends next month. What do I book?
Book a move-out clean. It starts at $285 for a studio, $295 for a 1 bedroom and $345 for a 2 bedroom. Tell us your key-return day and when the home will be empty. We plan the visit before that day.
Is a deep clean worth it in an old house?
If the house has not had a harder scrub in a while, it can be. A deep clean is the standard clean plus a harder scrub, and the inside and outside of select appliances. It starts at $210 for a studio, $220 for a 1 bedroom and $270 for a 2 bedroom. After that, many people switch to standard visits.
