I live in a high-rise condo near the Town Center fountain. Is it priced like any other 2 bedroom?
Yes. Home size sets the price, not the building. Standard cleaning starts at $195 for a 2 bedroom. Deep cleaning starts at $270. Tell us how to park and get in, like a front desk or a garage fob. Then the visit can start on time.
We rent near Lake Anne and our lease ends in a few weeks. What do we book?
Book a move-out clean. It starts at $285 for a studio, $295 for a 1 bedroom and $345 for a 2 bedroom. Call (571) 350-0866 with your move-out date. We book the visit before it.
Our townhouse backs onto a wooded path. Pollen and dirt come in. Is a deep clean the right call?
It can be. A deep clean is the standard clean plus a harder scrub. It also cleans the inside and outside of select appliances. It starts at $210 for a studio, $220 for a 1 bedroom and $270 for a 2 bedroom. After that, standard visits keep up.
I ride the Silver Line to DC each day. Can you clean while I am at work?
