Broyhill Park has brick ranch homes from the 1950s. A builder named Marvin T. Broyhill and his sons built about 750 of them. The oldest part, near Annandale Road and Hickory Hill Road, is still called “Old Broyhill Park.”
Arlington Home Cleaning offers standard cleaning for these homes. You pick weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. You get your weekend back.
Standard Cleaning for a Ranch Home
Most Broyhill Park homes are on one level. A standard visit is four things:
- High touch areas wiped down
- The outside of appliances wiped
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Trash taken out (1 bag)
Anything else is an add-on. Ask us when you book.
Repeat Visits for Busy Families
Many families live in the same house for years. Kids, work, and sports fill the week. A repeat visit keeps the house tidy for company. The visit follows the same four steps each time.
Older Homes
Older homes may have original wood floors and trim. If you want more than a standard visit, ask about a deep clean. A few times a year works for many homes.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you get into my house for repeat visits?
We plan it with you. You can leave a key, share a garage code, or let us in. Pick what is easy for you. You don’t have to be home each time.
Will you work on my old wood floors and trim?
Our standard visit vacuums and mops floors. We wipe high touch areas. If you see wear or damage, tell us. Then we know what to look at.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard has four things: high touch areas wiped down, outside of appliances, floors vacuumed and mopped, and one bag of trash. Deep clean has all of that with harder scrubbing. It also covers inside and outside of some appliances.
How do the weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly discounts work?
The discount works each visit. Weekly is 15% off. Every two weeks is 10% off. Monthly is 5% off. You don’t need a code.
My home is all on one level. Does that change the visit?
The visit has the same four items. A one-level home has no stairs. We plan for that when we set your time.
