Windover Heights is a historic district of Vienna, a short walk from the W&OD Trail and the town’s shops. Many of its older houses still carry original woodwork, early trim and period fixtures, and a recurring clean has to look after those finishes rather than treat them like new construction.
Regular upkeep for older houses
Standard cleaning keeps kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living spaces tidy between the less frequent detail jobs an older home needs. Surfaces such as stained trim, old tile or a worn finish respond better to a light hand, so tell us about anything delicate when you book and it can be noted for each visit.
Setting the rhythm around the house
Older houses often have smaller kitchens, narrow bathrooms and more individual rooms than newer builds, which affects how long a visit takes. Describe the layout when you call. Weekly suits a busy household, biweekly a steady one, and monthly can work with a deep clean added through the year.

Windover Heights questions
Which rhythm fits a household that is often out on the trail or in town?
Many people in a walkable neighborhood settle on weekly or biweekly visits, with monthly working for a lighter-use house. Tell us how the house is used and we will suggest one.
Can I give you a key or a lockbox code?
Yes. Either works, and we will confirm the access arrangement when you book.
Will you treat original trim and older fixtures carefully?
Mention any finishes that need gentle handling when you book. The visit is then planned around those surfaces rather than a one-size checklist.
Can you tidy before a gathering that is not on my regular schedule?
Call or text (571) 350-0866 with the date and we will tell you what is open. A one-off standard clean before guests can sit alongside a recurring plan.
How is deep cleaning different?
Standard visits maintain what is already clean. A deep clean goes further, into baseboards, grout, appliance interiors and trim, and starts at $210 for a studio, $220 for a one-bedroom and $270 for a two-bedroom.
