If you pick the wrong one, you may pay for work you did not need. Or you may miss work you did need. This guide takes about a minute to read.

Standard Cleaning
Standard is for a home that is already in fair shape. You want to keep it that way. A standard visit has four parts.
- High-touch areas wiped down
- The outside of the appliances wiped
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Trash taken out (one bag)
Only standard gets a repeat discount. Weekly is 15% off. Every two weeks is 10% off. Monthly is 5% off.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning is for a one-time or once-in-a-while visit. It has the same list as standard, but with a harder scrub. The oven, fridge, and microwave are cleaned inside and outside in a deep visit. It costs more because it takes more time in the same space.
Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning
This is for an empty home. It is the deep clean list, plus the inside of cabinets and drawers. If the home is not empty, we clean around your items. Book it around a hard date, like the day you hand back the keys. A deep clean in a lived-in home is not the same job.
How to Decide
- Lived-in and fairly tidy: standard. Ask about a weekly, every-two-week, or monthly plan.
- Lived-in, but it has been a long time: deep first, then standard.
- Empty on a set date: move-out or move-in.
- Not sure: call and tell us about the home. We will say which one fits.
Questions People Ask
My apartment looks fine, but I have not had help in a year. Standard or deep?
Book a deep clean for the first visit. A standard clean does not go inside the oven, fridge, or microwave. A deep clean does. A deep clean starts at $210 for a studio, $220 for a 1-bedroom, and $270 for a 2-bedroom. After that, you can move to a regular standard clean.
Does a move-out clean replace the deep clean my lease asks for?
Maybe not. A move-out clean is for an empty home. It starts at $285 for a studio, $295 for a 1-bedroom, and $345 for a 2-bedroom. Your lease or property manager decides what is acceptable. Read the exact words and tell us when you book. We will say plainly how our visit lines up.
Can I switch from a deep clean to a regular plan without paying twice?
The first deep clean is its own visit at its own price. After that, the discounts apply to standard cleaning. From then on the plan rates apply: take 15% off if you book weekly, 10% off if you book every two weeks, or 5% off if you book monthly.
Is move-in cleaning different from move-out cleaning?
Both are for an empty home. They have the same starting prices. The difference is timing. Move-out is booked around the day you hand back the keys. Move-in is booked before your things arrive. Tell us which date is firm.
