Standard Cleaning
Standard Cleaning is four things:
- High touch areas wiped down
- The outside of appliances wiped
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Trash taken out (1 bag)
It is the upkeep visit. It is the only one with repeat discounts. Weekly is 15% off. Every two weeks is 10% off. Monthly is 5% off. Prices start at $135+ for a studio, $145+ for a 1 bedroom, and $195+ for a 2 bedroom.
Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning is all the Standard cleaning with a harder scrub. It also cleans the inside and outside of some appliances like the oven, fridge, and microwave. Prices start at $210+ for a studio, $220+ for a 1 bedroom, and $270+ for a 2 bedroom.
Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning
These are for when you move. Both are a deep clean plus the inside of cabinets and drawers. Move-In Cleaning and Move-Out Cleaning clean inside only when cabinets and appliances are empty. If something is still in them, we clean around it. Anything else is an add-on. Prices start at $285+ for a studio, $295+ for a 1 bedroom, and $345+ for a 2 bedroom.
Airbnb, Office, and Post-Renovation
- Airbnb Cleaning: the same four items as Standard for each turnover. Linens and restocking are add-ons. Starts at $135+ for a studio, $145+ for a 1 bedroom, and $195+ for a 2 bedroom.
- Office Cleaning: the same four items for a work space, including the outside of the break room fridge. Priced by space.
- Post-Renovation Cleaning: the same four items after a project. Anything else is an add-on. Priced by project.

Questions About What Is Included
Is the inside of the oven and fridge part of a Standard visit?
No. Standard wipes the outside of appliances. The inside of some appliances is part of Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Move-Out. If the oven is the main reason you are calling, tell us when you book. We will tell you which service fits.
What does Deep Cleaning cover that Standard does not?
