One of the most common questions from recurring customers is some version of: “Will I get the same person every time?” It’s a fair question, and it deserves an honest answer rather than a marketing promise we can’t actually back up.
We Try, But We Don’t Promise a Guarantee
Here’s the honest version: we try to keep the same provider assigned to your recurring visits whenever possible, because it genuinely works better for everyone. A provider who’s been in your home before knows your layout, your standing instructions, where things go back after cleaning, and any quirks about your space. That familiarity tends to mean a smoother, faster, more consistent visit.
That said, we can’t guarantee it will be the exact same person every single time. Providers take time off, get sick, have scheduling conflicts, or in some cases move on from the team entirely. When that happens, we assign a replacement rather than skip or delay your visit. Our goal is to keep the same person on your account as the default, not to lock in a guarantee we can’t consistently deliver.
Why Continuity Matters
Consistency isn’t just about comfort, though that’s part of it. A provider who’s cleaned your home before has a working sense of:
- Any standing instructions you’ve given (a room to skip, a specific product preference, how you like beds made)
- Access details — where the key is, an alarm code, which door to use
- Pets in the home and how to handle them during the visit
- The general condition and layout of your space, which can shave real time off a visit
All of that has to be re-communicated when a new provider steps in, which is part of why we prioritize continuity when scheduling permits.
What Happens When There’s a Change
If a substitute provider is needed for a visit, a few things stay consistent even when the person doesn’t:
- Any notes or instructions on your account are passed along to whoever is assigned
- Your scheduled time and scope of service don’t change because of a provider swap
- You can always flag anything that was missed or handled differently so it’s corrected going forward
If You Notice a Drop in Consistency
If you feel like the quality or approach of your cleaning has shifted noticeably after a provider change — something got missed that used to be covered, or an instruction wasn’t followed — the best thing to do is tell us directly rather than just living with it. We can’t fix what we don’t know about, and specific feedback (which room, what was different) helps us get your visits back on track quickly.
Setting This Up From Day One
If continuity matters a lot to you, mention that when you book your first visit. We’ll factor it into how we assign your recurring schedule from the start. It’s also worth reviewing what a first visit typically covers so you know what baseline to compare future visits against — we walk through that in What to Expect on Your First Cleaning Visit.
Why We Don’t Promise More Than We Can Deliver
It would be easy to advertise a “same cleaner every time, guaranteed” policy, but we’d rather set expectations honestly than make a promise that falls apart the first time someone’s on vacation or out sick. Providers are people with their own lives and schedules, and a rigid guarantee just isn’t realistic across an entire team. What we can commit to is prioritizing continuity as our default approach and being transparent with you when a change is necessary, rather than pretending it never happens.
